Catering Penang Team had held an event that include breakfast, lunch and hi-tea setup for a renowned factory in Bayan Lepas for two days. Breakfast menu comprised vegetarian curry puff, pita bread with mushroom kebab. Other than that, the desserts are chocolate moist cake and hot coffee.
The lunches were a fun play between spices and flavors. Vegetarian fried rice, dalcha, tandoori chicken, ayam masak merah, basmati briyani rice, baked seafood thermido, mutton rendang, vegetarian kebab, cereal fried prawn, dory fish with black pepper sauce, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup and garlic bread, assorted fruits, custard tart, salad with thousand island sauce. Lastly, orange cordial was served.
